WRANGLES IN THE LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT OF KENYA’S MAJOR TRADE UNIONS ARE LIKELY TO AFFECT THE WELFARE OF KENYAN WORKERS. SELF INTEREST CREATED KUPPET FROM THE MAIN TEACHERS UNION KNUT, WHILE INEFFICIENCY BY COTU OFFICIALS HAS BROUGHT ABOUT PUSETU.
Would I be wrong to conclude that trade union movement in Kenya is dying slowly and that Kenyan workers are walking alone in the wilderness? When one looks critically, COTU has completely failed the Kenyan workers.
